The Maslow Hotel, Sandton

I selected the Maslow by ...luck and at random. There is hardly anything to be negatively commented. I would like to emphasis the dedication and friendly contacts with the vast majority of the employees particularly Dorothee , Lilian (not sure) being very helpfull concierge for organizing visits/taxis/business room meeting and PC support.......I wil certainly book the Maslow again .

The total stay was very very good for a business trip. The hotel's location was exceptionally nice, in the bustling Sandton business area with shopping centres and a market within walking distance. The lobby bar was roomy and the staff were fabulously helpful.

what i liked the most was the lounge I was given access to after our check out as my flight was later in the day. it was very convenient and clean

only the rooms next to the hallway doors are very noisy due to the door opening and closing every minute.

The hotel had no reference of my booking with Booked.net. This was extremely disappointing!!!!

Good modern hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The place was clean with an exceptionally helpful staff who offer excellent service. The restaurant here was fantastic for dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes. The room had a modern design. The hotel had a magnificent location steps away from Rand Merchant Bank.

Actually, the room was neat and fashionable, it also had a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets.

Service improvement is crucial!!! A little more attention to cleanliness and staff training would go a long way!!! Ensure timely response to guest needs and issues to elevate overall experience!!!

A lovely stay with modern rooms and a cute atmosphere. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh fruits of really good quality. Staff friendliness shone through my interactions. Be mindful that room layouts might offer less privacy. It's a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Lovely pool area and excellent bartenders at Lacuna.

I faced quite an awkward situation with the bar staff. I arranged pre-drinks for my daughter's MD, but the staff failed to communicate this with the handover team. Our guests arrived, and I was left scrambling to organize everything on such short notice.

Prime location and excellent shuttle service, but poor staff attitude detracted from experience.

Room service menu options were limited.

The breakfast menu was extraordinary, and the staff's attentiveness elevated our experience, especially during the evening shuttle ride. We felt safe and cared for throughout our three-night stay.

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the fresh fruits, and I loved the beautiful decor of my Junior Suite. It felt so cozy and welcoming, just like home.
